The game
appx lets a person list one product and lets other people buy and sell shares in that listing with play credits. A listing is the product’s first trading window on appx. It is not an offer of company stock, a fund, or an investment.
Accounts
Sign in with Google to trade, list a product, or open a portfolio. One Google account is one appx account. You start a round with 10,000.00 play credits. Signing in again does not refill a balance you have spent. A new round starts each account again at 10,000.00.
Play credits
- Credits are free and have no cash value.
- You cannot buy, sell, transfer, or redeem them.
- You cannot withdraw them as money or a prize.
- A price on appx is a game price. It is not a forecast of a company’s value.
Listings
Each account may have one listing. You may list a site only if you have the right to present it. appx can refuse a free-host address, or a site whose address or page offers adult content, gambling, or an illegal product. Listing opens trading for other people. You cannot trade your own listing. You are responsible for the name, description, and images you submit.
Trading
A buy is limited to 2,500.00 credits of one app in a round. Selling does not restore that allowance. A quote lasts a short time and can expire if the price moves. An app trades until its listing closes, and then holders are paid from the shared pool. That payout can differ from the estimate shown while the listing is open. Past listings are not listed again on their own.
Public profiles and notes
Your profile, trades, and notes are public. Your email stays private. Do not put secrets, personal data about someone else, or unlawful material in a note or a listing.
Acceptable use
- Do not break into another account or interfere with the market.
- Do not use appx to offer real securities, cash, or prizes.
- Do not submit a site you are not allowed to list.
appx may close a listing, refuse a trade, or end an account that breaks these rules. Round history that other people already traded can remain.
Availability
appx is provided as it is. Balances, prices, and listings can change when a round ends or a listing closes. appx does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular game result.
Changes
These terms can be updated. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continuing to use appx after an update means you accept the updated terms.
